Founder & President
Erica didn't always work in accounting. Over the years, she has had the good fortune to work in a very wide variety of positions in a broad array of industries. Having worked extensively in the service and entertainment industries, as well as in e-commerce, social work, property management, advertising, construction, non-profit and more, she offers a well-rounded approach to business consulting and advising. With an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity at her core, and a 'no-challenge-is-too-big' attitude, she has yet to find an obstacle that she can't overcome.
Oracle of Ledgers
Kathy has worked in accounting for over 30 years. She started her career in public accounting, but transitioned into an accounting and general management position for a retail furniture store. This position exposed her to marketing, merchandising, and HR roles, which has helped to round out her experience. When not working, Kathy enjoys gardening, sewing, and volunteering with veterans in her community, but her true pride and joys are her eight grandchildren.
Wizard of Digits
April has worked in accounting for more than 20 years. She most recently worked with a rapidly growing, multi-location private company, where she had the privelage to wear many hats. Among her many skills, she is versed in payroll, HR, acquisitions, real estate purchases, leases and contracts. In her free time, April enjoys playing recreational volleyball and exploring new destinations with her husband and two teenage daughters.
Foreteller of Finance
Samantha has worked for a number of nonprofit organizations where she had the opportunity to develop a specialized business curriculum for New York State to support individuals on the Autism Spectrum in their employment and entrepreneurship journeys. She also had the privelage to serve as Program Manager for a nonprofit focused on providing financial literacy for low-income youths. Her experience in bookkeeping, combined with her dedication to supporting individuals and organizations makes Samantha a valuable asset. In addition to her professional skills, Samantha bakes a mean fudge brownie!
